cross-training or something

I’m getting back on the wagon of exercising in its non-cardio forms. Today: clean the house top to bottom. Ok, maybe that’s not exercising but I’ll put on the old HRM just to see. Something went wrong when we came back from camping and my house looks like Dresden after the fire-bombing, minus the charred, ashy look.

I don’t even know who this stuff belongs to, let alone where I’m supposed to keep it. Countdown to donation run to Goodwill in 5…4…3…
