My running shoes are in transit. They were shipped from Southern California on Saturday. According to the UPS site, my shoes are now in Kentucky. They are supposed to be here, Washington state, tomorrow.
Why are my shoes taking a detour practically all the way across the country?
It seems to me that the most direct route would be CA-OR-WA. Not CA-KY-WA.
I’m watching you, UPS. With one eyebrow slightly raised.
